Inspired by horror pieces like The Exorcist, VerĂ³nica, and Midnight Mass, I wanted to make a model based on religious horror. The story would surround a religious teenager, Agnes, who would have to undergo an exorcism after being possessed after joining a seance hosted by her friends. The ritual would take place at her church, St. Ignatius, and would be hosted under the guise of a midnight mass for its parishioners. As a huge horror buff that was raised Catholic, I wanted to intertwine a storyline like this into my model to build the world in which it exists (and to have an excuse to inject my interests into my work). The meaning of this work’s title translates to “shadow passes, light remains.” Seeing as how dominant Latin is in Catholicism, I wanted to label this piece with a significant Latin phrase. I chose this one to symbolize the shadow of a demon passing on from Agnes’s body back to Hell, and the light of the Lord remaining in its place.

Antonio el Boticario (Antonio the Apothecary)
A traveling bag made of leather and iron for a Venezuelan apothecary cowboy. It is fit with bottles for dried herbs, gathered herbs, a mortar and pestle, maps, rum, gardening tools, and storage for live herbs, along with religious paraphernalia.
Melody in Bloom
Wanting to combine both organic and hard-surface modeling, I modeled what I envisioned a gramophone overtaken by nature would look like. I was heavily inspired by The Last of Us, and wanted to create something from a world facing an apocalypse, in which nature wins over man.
3D Business Logo
Created in Womp, this piece was made as a logo for the 3D side of my art, serving as both a fun yet functional project. Taking inspiration from artists like Louie Zong, Bemmpo, and Crispybboat, I wanted to channel a clay-like style. The letters in "ADLAZZ" represent the first initials of my names, and the "23c" represents my age when creating this.
